Purse io

TL;DR: CoinSpice scours the Twittersphere to shine light upon the top crypto tweets of the week. Purse io announces rebirth. The author of Black Swan and AntiFragile tells the world to use cryptocurrencies. Former BTC maxi goes all-in on bitcoin cash (BCH), calling it better. Those and more in this packed installment.

#12 Purse io Not Dead

The demise of Purse io was a real blow to online cryptocurrency use. For those concerned with bitcoin used as a medium of exchange, was a beacon of what could be done. They existed for more than half a decade, and didn’t mind offering customers payment options with faster, less expensive cryptos like bitcoin cash (BCH).

The formula yielded users double-digit percentage savings on purchases from the likes of Amazon. For whatever reason, Purse announced recently it was closing up shop, complete with end dates and apologies.

We were sure it had something to do with Amazon cutting their affiliate margins, but Purse denied as much. Original investors like Roger Ver, however, hinted the company could be saved. At publication, there’s no more to go on that the above tweet, but we’ll take it.
